the hotel's design is undeniably beautiful with unique touches i appreciated its proximity to ben thanh market it made exploring very easy. the breakfast selection impressed me and i found the afternoon tea service especially good i liked the unique offerings. the staff provided professional and helpful service i felt very welcome and supported throughout my stay.

the gym is quite small with limited equipment mainly just dumbbells this made it a little difficult to get in a full workout.

I appreciated the hotel design. It is very unique. The location is very good. It allows for walk to key attractions. The staff is lovely. They asked us for feedback to improve or address concerns we had. Breakfast was very nice and they also provided afternoon tea.

The check-in lacked a personal touch, I felt. No one checked on us after arrival. We approached the counter to initiate the process.

The breakfast options were not excellent. I found the bed setup uncomfortable. It seemed to be two single beds pushed together, and they did not align properly. The fitness center was under maintenance , but this information was not given to me until I arrived. I would have liked to know this ahead of time.

The hotel is in a central location. It offers easy access to attractions. The staff are very friendly and were ready to help! I was given late checkout upon request, appreciated. They provide good quality food at the restaurant, so I enjoyed many meals there.

The customer service during check in lacked any sort of personal touch! We were waiting to be served and no one came to check on us after the bell boy took our bags and we were served the welcome drinks and snacks.
